How does the ordering process work?
1. Login or sign up for an account (membership is FREE!)
2. Add the desired product(s) into the shopping cart and proceed to checkout
3. Complete the simple 3-Step checkout process: Shipping, Payment, and Order Summary
4. You will receive an email confirmation when the order is complete
5. Order will be sent to our fulfillment center or our partner wineries
6. When your order is shipped, we will email you your tracking information; tracking information will also be available on your account under “Order Status”
7. Please note, to receive the package, you must be over the age of 21 and provide the necessary identification.
What do I have to do to become a member?
To become a member, you have to be over the age of 21 when signing up, provide the necessary information we need to set up your account, be a resident of the United States, and to accept the Terms and Conditions.
What should I expect as a member?
As a member, you will be given access to our handpicked offering of wine at a discounted price. Our goal is to offer our wine deals at wine club discounted prices or greater with no strings attached and no buying commitments.
We will send you emails from time to time to notify you of the deals, upcoming deals, information about what we’re doing, and so much more.
In addition to great deals on wine, we encourage our members to use our Wine Education center to learn about the wine, the regions, and food that may compliment the experience.
What is your return policy?
We aspire to making our customer’s satisfaction our first priority, but due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. We will however do everything we can to make sure you are happy, so please contact our Customer Care Representative and we will work with you to make things to your satisfaction.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each of our deals have an end date and time, you can cancel your order as long as the deal is still active. If you want to cancel the order after the deal’s end date, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
What do I do if I have a damaged item?
If you notice that your package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.
If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact Customer Care and we will work with you to expedite a satisfactory resolution.
What do I do if our product is defective?
If you notice your product is defective (IE: corked) within 30 days of purchase, we will credit your account. If you notice the product is defective after 30 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Care Representative (customercare@mywineclub.co) and we will work with you to a satisfactory solution.
