> Add content that is malicious, derogative, or otherwise abusive
> Tamper with our site, system, and servers.
As a member you acknowledge it is your responsibility and agree:
> To keep your passwords associated with the account confidential
> To manage all activities conducted on your account, any activity conducted on the account is by you or someone you have authorized
> To report any suspicious and/or unauthorized use of your account to customercare@mywineclub.co as soon as possible so we can take the appropriate action to protect your account and the information within
> That consumption of alcohol is for personal use, not for resale or used for commercial use. Please Drink Responsibly!
As a member, it is your responsibility to (a) keep your passwords confidential; (b) manage, authorize, and control the activities on your account; (c) report suspicious and/or unauthorized activities to customercare@mywineclub.co so we can take the appropriate action.
As a member, you can terminate your account at anytime. We can suspend or terminate your account if we find you in breach of our Terms.
SALE OF ALCOHOL
We will not sell any alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using the Services we provide, you are affirming you are over the age of 21 at the time of use.
We have taken every effort to ensure alcohol is not sold and delivered to persons under the age of 21. You will be required to provide your date of birth prior to browsing the website to verify you are over the age of 21. You will also be required to provide proof of identification at the time of delivery to verify the person accepting the shipment is over the age of 21.
If you are not over the age of 21or do not accept the above conditions, you cannot use this website nor the services we provide. If you misrepresent your age and/or any personal information required to use our Services in order to provide alcohol to persons under the age of 21, we will prosecute you to the full extent of the law.
TITLE AND OWNERSHIP
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from mywineclub.co to the purchaser at the warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from the warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, mywineclub.co is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from mywineclub.co, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Your wine order will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the deal has ended (unless there are shipping restrictions and/or weather delays).
Orders will be shipped via common carrier (IE: FedEx, UPS, GSO) using ground service (unless otherwise noted or upgraded upon the request) to a residential or commercial address; orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box. A signature is required from someone over the age of 21 at the time of delivery; identification is required.
Due to the various sate laws surrounding alcohol sale, there may be shipping restrictions. Please refer to the Shipping Section on each of the product pages to determine if we can ship to your state.
Your order may be delayed due to weather conditions. With the fragile nature of wine, when kept in extreme hot or extreme cold, the wine’s flavor may change, so to preserve the integrity of the wine, we will not ship in unsuitable weather conditions. If the weather delay is not acceptable, you have the option of cancelling the order or ship the order despite our warning, in doing so, you are accepting to waive your right to return your order.
RETURN, DAMAGE, AND CANCELATION POLICY
In the event an order is damaged, please contact our Customer Care department (customercare@mywineclub.co). We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
You can cancel an order anytime prior to shipping, but once the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee our ability to cancel the order.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns, but we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
